Patient data: 35-year-old Male

Presentation: C spine pain

Pain goes into arms

Commentary: Multiple fusion sites

Minimal formation of the post-spinous processes

Diagnosis:

Klippel-Feil Syndrome (KFS), Type 1

These findings are consistent with KPS, but a complete clinical diagnosis would require

correlation with the patient's clinical history, symptoms, and possibly further imaging

studies.
